1. Introduction and Acceptance

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8fbb strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years old. We may request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law at the time of play.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
• You may hold only one account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly forbidden and will lead to permanent banning and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, affiliate, or agent of 8fbb or any of its partner companies. Immediate family members of such individuals are also ineligible.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

8fbb supports a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods to ensure seamless transactions for our players. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

3.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other approved channels listed in your account dashboard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. 8fbb is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment networks. 3.2 Withdrawal Policy

To submit a withdrawal request, you must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1 to 3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The following conditions must be met:

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the account.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their full wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 8fbb may request supporting documents — including a government-issued ID, recent utility bill, or bank statement — as part of due diligence before releasing funds.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific bonus promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in cumulative qualifying wagers before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the individual bonus offer.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

8fbb has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, arbitrage betting strategies, low-risk wagering to meet rollover thresholds, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, or any other activity deemed to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 8fbb reserves the right to void all associated winnings and permanently close the account.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8fbb Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, placement of funds derived from illegal activities, or any financial fraud.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI tools, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players, including sharing information or coordinating bets to manipulate table game or sports betting outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or otherwise dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider after placing bets on the Platform.

8fbb employs industry-standard fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement agencies when prohibited activities are suspected or detected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8fbb Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game assets, graphics, text, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of 8fbb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to scrape, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

6.2 Restrictions

You must not engage in any of the following without the prior written consent of 8fbb:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or component of the Platform.
• Create derivative works, mirror sites, or data extracts based on Platform content.
• Frame or link to any portion of the Platform without express authorisation from 8fbb.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8fbb, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

• 8fbb does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. 8fbb is not liable for any perceived errors in game outcomes validated as correct by our game providers.
• 8fbb is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or third-party software on your device.
• In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, 8fbb's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In all circumstances, 8fbb's maximum aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with the Platform.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your financial institution relating to a Platform transaction.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact us to close your account.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
